Le nouveau Conseil de Paris doit prendre la d\u00e9cision d\u2019abandonner le projet absurde et injuste vot\u00e9 par l\u2019ancienne mandature de construction d\u2019une usine polluante en banlieue afin d\u2019am\u00e9liorer la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019air \u00e0 Paris.<\/p>

Nous ne sommes plus au XX\u00e8me si\u00e8cle. La banlieue ne doit plus, \u00e0 ses d\u00e9pens et en d\u00e9pit de la densit\u00e9, accueillir des industries polluantes, sur d\u00e9cision de la capitale.<\/p>

Le projet Thermo\/Seine destin\u00e9 \u00e0 chauffer Paris rel\u00e8ve du solutionnisme guid\u00e9 par les lobbies alors que l’\u00e9tude des besoins aurait conduit \u00e0 moderniser, isoler plut\u00f4t qu’\u00e0 une fuite en avant de produire davantage d’\u00e9nergie.<\/p>

Jeudi 16 juillet, le Conseil de Paris d\u00e9bat de la DU 2026-90 visant \u00e0 acqu\u00e9rir un terrain appartenant \u00e0 EDF et situ\u00e9 \u00e0 Vitry-sur-Seine, en vue de devenir propri\u00e9taire des parcelles accueillant des installations en lien avec Thermo\/Seine.<\/p>

A cette occasion, le Groupe Nouveau Paris Populaire (Verts Populaires et LFI) d\u00e9pose 2 v\u0153ux :
– un v\u0153u relatif \u00e0 une demande d\u2019abandon du projet Thermo\/Seine
-un v\u0153u relatif \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9laboration d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie de r\u00e9duction de la d\u00e9pendance de la ville de Paris \u00e0l\u2019incin\u00e9ration des d\u00e9chets.<\/p>

Notre collectif inter-associations, luttant contre le projet Thermo\/Seine, appelle tous les \u00e9lu.e.s du Conseil de Paris \u00e0 se prononcer en faveur de ces 2 v\u0153ux.<\/p>

Nous appelons \u00e0 la forte mobilisation de la population du Val-de-Marne mais aussi de la population\u00a0parisienne qui ne peut accepter que les politiques municipales en faveur de la transition \u00e9cologique \u00e0\u00a0Paris aggravent la situation climatique extra-muros.<\/p>
