Les 13 communes de notre territoire \u201cParis-Est Marne et Bois\u201d ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de remplacer leurs Plans Locaux d’Urbanisme communaux par un unique Plan Local d’Urbanisme intercommunal (PLUi). Suite \u00e0 l’adoption d\u00e9finitive du PLUi par le Conseil du territoire le 13 d\u00e9cembre 2023, ce document est devenu l’unique r\u00e9f\u00e9rence d\u00e9terminant la l\u00e9galit\u00e9 des permis de construire dans les 13 communes du territoire. Notre f\u00e9d\u00e9ration associative France Nature Environnement Val-de-Marne (FNE-94) s’insurge contre ce PLUi, simple patchwork sans coh\u00e9rence concert\u00e9 entre les maires de notre territoire. Il permet, en d\u00e9pit de d\u00e9clarations vertueuses, un b\u00e9tonnage et une artificialisation des sols inacceptables en petite couronne m\u00e9tropolitaine en ces temps de d\u00e9r\u00e8glement climatique. Cela va d’une zone pavillonnaire mal prot\u00e9g\u00e9e \u00e0 une tour de 100 m de haut \u00e0 Villiers… \u2667 C’est pourquoi, avec notre avocat, nous avons d\u00e9pos\u00e9 un recours en annulation du PLUi aupr\u00e8s du tribunal administratif. Ces d\u00e9marches sont tr\u00e8s on\u00e9reuses : parmi le demi-million d’habitants du territoire, qui nous aidera \u00e0 les financer ? Une cagnotte est mise en place pour cela.<\/p>
