Prendre en compte les liens qu\u2019offrent les tissus pavillonnaires entre les milieux naturels agricoles et forestiers franciliens et les bois et parcs parisiens.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><b>Retrouver des connivences avec les \u00eeles et la France en \u00cele-de-France.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">Les iles pour leurs sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s en mati\u00e8re de biodiversit\u00e9 et comme embl\u00e8me pour porter les milieux humides, le lit majeur des cours d\u2019eau, les nappes phr\u00e9atiques, la fraicheur de l\u2019air dans les probl\u00e9matiques urbaines. Les \u00eeles d\u2019\u00cele-de-France sont la base d\u2019une \u00ab\u00a0renaissance \u00e9cologique\u00a0\u00bb de la r\u00e9gion.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">Le territoire national pour son apport \u00e0 la m\u00e9tropole et pour ne pas en rester \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chec du pr\u00e9tendu \u00ab\u00a0ruissellement\u00a0\u00bb du d\u00e9veloppement de la m\u00e9tropole vers la province. La m\u00e9tropole s\u2019affaiblit en s\u2019orientant seule directement vers le monde. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><b>Sp\u00e9cifier l\u2019am\u00e9nagement autour de chacune des gares du Grand-Paris-Express<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span> <span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">au regard des caract\u00e9ristiques des sites o\u00f9 elles s\u2019inscrivent.\u00a0Mettre ainsi \u00e0 la disposition du plus grand nombre de franciliens les richesses patrimoniales et naturelles propres \u00e0 ces sites.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><b>Caract\u00e9riser les demandes actuelles et futures des habitants et des usagers.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">L\u2019exode rural, la baisse des prix de l\u2019immobilier \u00e0 Paris, la recherche d\u2019authenticit\u00e9, de local et de bien-\u00eatre y compris au travail, la crainte des pand\u00e9mies, ne sont pas temporaires.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\"><b>A l\u2019\u00e8re de l\u2019anthropoc\u00e8ne, les questions environnementales doivent \u00eatre port\u00e9es par les hommes<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">. Ceux-ci r\u00e9sidant majoritairement en ville, nous ne pouvons plus ignorer le r\u00f4le jou\u00e9 par les documents d\u2019urbanisme. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: x-large;\">Certaines communes d\u2019\u00cele-de-France pr\u00e9servent mieux que d\u2019autres par leur urbanisme, l\u2019habitat des diff\u00e9rentes esp\u00e8ces, la vie dans les sols, la richesse v\u00e9g\u00e9tale tout en m\u00e9nageant l\u2019habitat des hommes.
